By public transit

Take any bus to SFU Burnaby Campus, and get off at the last stop. The Gibson is directly adjacent to the SFU Transit Exchange (the main bus loop).

Please note that the SFU Transit Exchange is one stop after the SFU Transportation Centre.

By car

Drive to SFU Burnaby Campus via Gaglardi Way and University Drive East. Once arrived at the top of the Burnaby Mountain, park in North parking lot and make your way to the SFU Transit Exchange (the main bus loop).

Accessibility is at the heart of The Gibson's mission—we aim to provide accessible and barrier-free visual arts programming to all people.

For now, please know that the museum building is wheelchair accessible with accessible washrooms. We have audio devices on-site that can be borrowed for interactive exhibition elements, and our website has unique accessible features that are still in development.
