D'arcy Henderson

D’arcy Henderson (1940–2002) was born in Princeton, BC and studied at the Vancouver School of Art (now Emily Carr University of Art and Design). He was an active member of the Vancouver arts community in the 1960s and 1970s, teaching at Emily Carr College of Art, Capilano College and the University of British Columbia, and participating in exhibitions at the Art Gallery of Ontario, Winnipeg Art Gallery, Burnaby Art Gallery, Surrey Art Gallery and the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria. His work is held in the collections of Vancouver Art Gallery and University of British Columbia.
